Summary: Poor check in. Wanted to check in and go to a business meeting. Couldn’t get to one of the rooms as the key wasn’t working. Went down four times to reception and wasted 45 minutes and nearly missed my meeting. Hotel is not very clean. Air conditioning doesn’t work and when you ask for it to be fixed they lie to you and say we will get it to work which never happens. I travel every 6 weeks and I visited more than 120 hotels,”. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in and I cannot believe it’s rated with five stars. I will never go back there ever again.
