Stunningly restored 1920s colonial in the heart of Kilmarnock, Virginia. Enjoy peace and charm under the shady trees of Little Grove. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath featuring a gourmet kitchen, large back patio with Weber grill, fully fenced private half-acre backyard (dogs okay!) and a relaxing screened porch.
Two minute walk to the shops and dining in the adorable town of Kilmarnock and a short drive to the rest of the Northern Neck.
Community park w/dog park, public library, grocery store, and much more...all less than a mile away.
Bring your boat and launch it at one of the nearby boat launches during the day, store it on our ~75 foot driveway in the evening.
