The Space:
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, Lantana Lake House is the perfect place for your temporary stay. Whether you are coming to the area for work, or need a place while you transition to more permanent living arrangements in the area (i.e. in the process of buying a home, temporary stay while your home is being renovated, etc.) our cozy home has all your day-to-day needs.
The Master Bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, dresser, desk, and private bathroom with large walk in shower.
The Second (2nd) Bedroom is unique. Depending on your needs, the room can be set up as a King Bed OR two (2) Twin XL beds allowing the home to benefit both families, several medical professionals, or other professional workers on assignment in the area. A dresser and closet are included, and there is space for storage under the beds.
The Third (3rd) Bedroom has a twin size day bed / trundle bed, dresser, and closet.
There is a second full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower / bath tub combo.
Laundry is available onsite with a full-size washer and dryer.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen with plates, cups, pots/pans, baking sheets, small appliances, a coffee station, and plastic dinnerware if you want to enjoy eating outdoors on the back deck.
Entertainment:
The living room has a flat screen television with Fire Stick. Log into your favorite apps and watch your favorite shows.
There is also a flat screen television with Fire Stick in the Master Bedroom.
** PLEASE NOTE: Cable is not provided at the property. Lantana has high speed internet for streaming apps or teleworking.
Other amenities include a multi-media record player/ CD Player / Bluetooth player. A handful of vinyl records and CD's are provided for your enjoyment.
We also provide books, fire pit, and the back deck has seating so you can eat and enjoy the outdoors.
CAUTION: Please note due to the area (South Georgia / Florida), there may be alligator sightings in the lake. NO SWIMMING is allowed at any time.
The home is dog friendly for dogs under 40 lbs and one (1) dog is allowed as a part of the rental with a nominal pet fee.
We provide a starter kit of essentials (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener).
One set of linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
HOUSE RULES:
An individual renter agreement and $150 security deposit hold is required to be completed prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be released/refunded within 2 business days after the end of the stay if there are no missing items or major damages to the property. Our systems will generate a unique key code for self-check-in after the rental agreement and security deposit has been completed by the primary guest booking the property.
No smoking inside the home.
Quiet Hours daily between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in consideration of the neighbors and local ordinances.
PET GUIDELINES:
One (1) Dog is welcomed with the following guidelines listed below.
A current vaccination record will be submitted as soon as possible or no less than 2 business days as a part of the application process.
Weight restrictions: No dogs over 40 lbs.
Breed restrictions: No German Shepherds, Rottweilers, any breed of Huskies, Dobermans, any breed of Pittbulls, Cane Corsis, Akitas, or Canary Mastiff.
