Living, Dining and Kitchen on first floor. Living room with wood burning fireplace. Kitchen provided with utensils.Dining table for 8. 2 sofas on first floor.Flat TV. 12 seat 'Cave' with waterfall. House is great for 4-6 people. 2-3 car parking .
10 minutes of walking distance to bus stop on road H3 and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Transportation is very inexpensive in Armenia, due to use of natural gas instead of gasoline. Bus fare-100 dram inside city.But there are abundance of taxi with low fares. I highly recommend using Yandex.taxi and GG taxi, Utaxi apps. They have low fares and navigation system in cars. From my house to airport is $6-8 and to city center $2-3.
