Enjoy your stay at our 2-Bed, 2 Bath Condo located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. 2 queen beds, spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, full kitchen with stainless steel fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and area to have breakfast. Closets are available in each bedroom, balcony with chairs to enjoy the outside. Dining table and chairs. Wi-Fi ready flat screen TV in the living room. Condo is on a 3rd floor with the elevator in the building. We have a 1 car parking available. 24-hr onsite security in this Condos complex called La Isla. There is a newly renovated pool onsite. The pool is not heated but it's warm in Cabo and gets enough warm days to enjoy.
The condo is 15-20 min walk from famous Medanos beach and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Downstairs there is small convenient store and laundry shop as well. Our onsite property manager, Adriana takes care of all guests and greets them upon arrival. She is very helpful and very friendly.
Weather: Sometimes hurricanes do hit Cabo in late Aug-early Sept. Lasts 1-2 days

Within 1000 feet of the building facing the main street, there is a recently built palapa bar with music playing sometimes into later hours (not every day). Please be advised for families with small children and for senior citizens.
