Positive: The room is absolutely incredible, it has a sauna and hot tub in the room and it is a massive space. The balcony has the most beautiful view out over the valley which we enjoyed thoroughly. It’s a really special space! The location would be impossible to get to without a car, but with a car it’s great.

Negative: Shouldn’t advertise a laundry service! We asked prior to arriving if there was a place to do laundry to which we were told there was a laundry service in the hotel. The reality is that the worker of the hotel took our clothes and washed them somewhere in the basement and they were then hung out near smoke or a fire. We got the clothes back 24 hours later and they were damp and stunk of smoke - we had to rewash them all.
