Summary: Their COVID-19 precautions didn’t seem to be cared enough. Common use of salt/pepper/ketchup etc, cutlery without package, stinking toilets in common use. Apart from them pool wasn’t cleaned from last day, even found a rusty nail in the water. Not a hygienic hotel. Regarding the food, it was quite bad, as well. Quite expensive comparing to a hotel like this. Breakfast is included but they don’t serve for your child even though you pay for their stay. They have %300 profit on top of the cheapest beer. Staff and reception team were great, smiling, positive and helpful. Hotel is very secure. Slept without locking the balconies.
