Villa Sahin has a gated entrance with driveway before approaching the main house. From here, steps lead up to the terraces and gardens with a mixture of shrubs and fruit and Olive trees. Once inside villa Sahin, the hallway is spacious and leads into the light and airy open plan lounge and kitchen.
The lounge is tastefully decorated with original watercolours adorning the walls, while interesting artifacts perfectly enhance the luxury feel the villa has throughout. The large kitchen (to be remodeled for 2020), is fully fitted and consists of enough tableware and cooking utensils for a large dinner party. There is also Magimix Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included).
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with access to the shaded and secluded comfy seating area, just perfect for anyone wanting a little quiet time. There is a separate shower room opposite the bedroom.
Up the winding stairs to the first floor, are three double en-suite bedrooms all sharing the wrap-around sea views of Kalkan, Patara Beach and on a clear day, Rhodes.
The top floor houses the remaining double en-suite bedroom, which opens out on a further sea view wrap around balcony, plus there is a delightful shaded Turkish style seating area with floor cushions. This is a perfect chillout space to watch the setting sun.
