Summary: AKA: Beach Cross Villas. Where to start. Karim was very good and he was so helpful, so this not about him. But, if I were he, I’d hire a housekeeper that is non-confrontational, who actually knows how to clean, and isn’t on her phone constantly. She actually pushed her way inside to make sure we weren’t hiding toilet paper when I asked for another roll. The condition of the Villa left much to be desired. This property showed an 3.8* rating. I would give it a 2, only because of the location, Karim, and the ease of checking in and out. The matress in both rooms need replacement, as does the bedding. The sheets did not fit the beds and they were ripped or stained. The bathroom towels were disgusting, full of holes and questionable stains. The kitchen sponge was used and needed replacement, the frying pan looked like it had been picked up from a junkyard, the silverware unmatched and lacking steak knives.THINK twice before booking.
