Casa de Sandridge is located on the only beach side street in Lawson Rock. Guests can enjoy snorkeling right out from the shore where the barrier reef is located! Lawson Rock is Roatan's most exclusive neighborhood situated in the most ideal location with close proximity to the airport, a great grocery store, as well as West End and West Bay and includes amenities such as a deli/market, security, as well as a gym.
There are ample activities available within close proximity to the house including fishing, diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, zip lining, botanical gardens and more! We are happy to help you arrange the perfect itinerary for your stay! Lawson Rock offers a community dock that you can enjoy and snorkel off of as well.
Every room in the house is air conditioned with a separate fan. Each bedroom as well as all of the living areas are beautifully decorated with amazing views!
The first floor has a queen bedroom as well as a large bunk bed room perfect for friends or the kids. The bunk beds include a twin on each top as well as a double on each bottom. The room also includes a tv, desk, and several games for you to enjoy. The first floor bathroom includes a shower/tub and double sink vanity. The laundry room is also located on the first floor. On the second level you will find the great room with very well-equipped kitchen, living area, as well as a large screened in porch with a bar overlooking the Caribbean Sea, seating area and BBQ grill. The third bedroom is located on the second level and includes a queen bed. The third level is very unique with the pool being located here as well as the master bedroom!! There is a dining area next to the pool as well as a sitting area coffee bar, mini refrigerator, and ice maker to provide easy access to snacks and beverages while you are enjoying the pool. There is also an open patio on this level with lounge chairs where you can get some sun!
Your stay will include housekeeping service for arrival and departure and mid-stay service is available for an additional fee. The home is very energy efficient and was designed for maximum natural air flow so there are many windows and sliding doors so that you can get those wonderful tropical breezes. All lights are LED and every room has its own efficient fan and air conditioner so that you can control your electricity costs. The stove, oven and dryer all operate on propane so won't use electricity to operate. Nightly rate is based on 4 guests!
