Summary: Front desk is friendly and the room is clean. However, as a Gold member on hotels com and at the time of the booking, it showed that I would have VIP access and a few advantages, these were not available and the front desk had no idea about them. He did offer us a welcome drink instead but the perks listed on the website here are not available.
