This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house comfortably accommodates 10 people. The Master suite has a Queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. A bonus den has a Full Futon, and an additional 2 roll-away beds are available for use. Soak up the sun at our community pool or spend the day fishing on your own boat with 35' of dock space located at Rudder Canal #19A, which is included with the home and directly behind it. Covered parking for boat or jet ski trailer on property and up to 5 vehicles are allowed at the home. Kick back and relax at the end of the day with 3 TVs (no cable provided) and stereo with CD player. TVs do have smart capabilities. Stay connected with free wireless high-speed internet. Prepare a meal on your gas grill and dine outside on the furnished deck. Bicycles, crab pots, books, puzzles, and board games are also included with the home. Outdoor shower and great views of canal also included!
