Summary: My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! Everything was clean, cozy, and perfectly organized, but what really made the difference was the kindness of the people who work here. A big heartfelt thank you to Shirin, Abbas, Mohamed, Osman, and Siran — you were all so sweet and helpful every single day! And also to the lovely ladies from the breakfast team, who greeted me every morning with warm smiles and kindness. You all made me feel welcome, safe, and truly at home.
