Private entrance, sleeping area, king size bed with new luxury mattress, common area with TV, bookcase, games, and two couches, kitchen with microwave, toaster-oven, hot plates, Keurig coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, etc. and private bath with shower. Outdoors, find a fire pit, swimming pool (available in summer), walk the beautiful grounds and see the horses and small donkeys in the pasture or in the barn.
