You’ll also have direct access to Seabrook's amenities as it is situated right next door to The Beach Club with two pools, a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. Also across the street is The Island House residence club and golf course which also feature dining rooms, bar and pro shop.
The upper level is designed for rest and reflection. The primary suite is a true showstopper, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors with sweeping ocean views, a cozy private balcony, and a spa-like bathroom where the sink faces the sea—so even brushing your teeth feels luxurious.

The bedding is thoughtfully laid out for everyone's comfort. The master suite has a comfy king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, the last bedroom is a bunk set (queen on bottom, xl twin on top) plus a 2nd partial bunk with an xl twin.
No smoking, no pets, no events, no exceptions will be made. Beginning Feb 1, 2026, this property offers an optional premium 6-passenger LSV cart for rent. Simply download the app and scan the QR code on the windshield to rent. Rates can vary but generally run $110/day. This is considerably less than other rental options during the Spring and Summer months!
