Summary: Everything from the way we were welcomed, to the way the room was laid out and put together for us, this small trendy boutique hotel had more hospitality and customer service experience than a 5 star hotel. Particularly the gentlemen at the front desk, was so friendly and welcoming - he always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definately a top hotel to stay at. Location is great too and room well maintained.
