Positive: The staff is very nice and helpful. We had an issue on the first night but it was promptly solved. Good location, close to the tram station. Also, if you love cats this is the place to be.

Negative: Stairs only. If you carry a lot of baggage it will be difficult to come to the room. The rooms aren’t very sound proof, so you will wake up with the mosque calling.
