Review Score: 4

Summary: Staff were consistently underwhelming especially in the gym and arcade. I get dealing with a bunch of drunk, sunburnt people is a slog but it was to the point where no one was even remotely nice. Food was pretty poor overall and there were too many people oblivious to others - slamming doors, yelling at kids in the hallways, walking around busy areas with their heads in their phones. DR was country 57 for me and first at a resort so take that for what it is.
