We're a couple (two women), living in Sureyya Plaji/Maltepe. We have been living in Istanbul for seven years approx. One of us is editor in a publishing house, the other is a translator, who is working at home, and also an English teacher. We love the nature and try to keep it clean as much as possible. We, of course, love the animals as well. We neither smoke nor drink alcohol. We love cooking, listening to calm musics, watching movies, reading books, taking a walk in the beach, etc.
The house is 5 minutes away from the beach, and 7 minutes away from the minibus & bus route, name of the station is Maltepe Belediye (Municipality) or another station is Adatepe. Besides, Sureyya Plaji Marmaray Train station is 5 minutes away from the house. You can take the train and go to Gebze, Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal, Bostanci, Goztepe, Kadikoy, Uskudar, Sirkeci, Yenikapi, etc. The flat is in the second floor, and is located in a quite and cute street. It is a sunny house. The flat is furnished: we have Internet, washing machine, fridge, oven, etc. There is a single bed with base, worktable, wardrobe, a coffee table in the room. In addition to this, there is a big balcony, dinner table and seats in the living room. There is also recessed balcony in the kitchen.
The rent is EUR 130/month (including bills), plus a security deposit of EUR 130.
