Summary: An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required.
