A newly built, modern, spacious condo with an upstairs ensuite air conditioned bedroom, walk in closet and balcony. Open Plan downstairs with a second bedroom, bathroom, full furnish kitchen, and living room. Peaceful , private, ideal for flexible accommodation: family vacation / couple/single. Can be rented as a ONE or TWO bedroom unit (max 4 persons) with a queen size sofa bed (sleeps two additional guest at US$25 per person per night).

Summary: The overall experience was good for the property itself and we found the manager to be accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We also found Laborie (the local village) to be wonderful, with friendly people and an awesome local beach. Check-out was easy and super no-fuss. There were a couple of things that detracted from the stay, however. The kitchen could have been cleaner on check-in some of the plugs might not have been working, and the oven took over an hour to pre-heat to 350F. The early morning devotional radio from the neighbor was a little off-putting as well - 6am was a little earlier than we wanted to get up on our vacation days. Finally, while we were able to get onto the WiFi, it didn't work everywhere in the space and where it did work it was either 2 or 3 bars out of 5; I'd guess that the Access Point was in another apartment.
