Summary: I rented out the tree house and we did not get hot water once for any of our showers for the three days we were there. Very very lame. Also, breakfast said it was included in hotels.com and we were charged for breakfast ($8/head no biggie but annoying) Also asked about doing laundry and they quoted me $5 for a load, and they ended up charging me $41 (what a rip off and I hate being lied to.) I guess expected unexpected things here, cheaper to take an uber and get you food needs and laundry outside of the property.
