Positive: The hotel complained to booking.com or at least it was said that in the email from booking.com, that the credit card name and guest name was not the same and the booking of the room was cancelled. I was lucky that the room was still available, and hotel accepted my boking although later I found email in my inbox that two days before my arrival the booking was cancelled for the wrong reason (definitely the guest's name and credit card holder name was the same!). Tried to contact Booking.com but no response received. they just suggested to call to their call center instead of bringing clarification on the issue.

Negative: need to request the towel and sleepers when it shall be there by default
