Positive: Friendly staff the manager always present and very helpful , problem solver has can do mentality and seen some improvement as this is the my second stay at this hotel

Negative: They do provide normal milk, no Oat or soya milk, did requested but was not provided and no option for lactose and gluten intolerance guests.

Summary: We had a great time in general
