EXCLUSIVE TO SHORELINE TURKEY, the fantastic Fortune House situated in the very heart of the Old Town has been extensively refurbished throughout. Spread over three floors, Fortune House is a one bedroom house but can sleep up to 4 people by using the two sofa beds in the lounge.
Upon approaching the house, there are a few steps up to the outside terrace with comfy seating and a BBQ. Once inside, the ground floor is dedicated to the double en-suite bedroom. Spiral stone stairs lead to the first floor which houses the open plan lounge and kitchen area. Then up another floor to the fabulous roof terrace with jacuzzi tub and WC utility. From here you have panoramic sea views across the roof tops and out to sea.

Through the front door into the small entrance is a cupboard with storage space. To the left is the double bedroom with en-suite shower room which includes the wardrobe space.
First Floor
Stone spiral stairs lead to the first floor and open out onto the open plan comfortable lounge and kitchen area. There are two sofas both of which open out into sofa beds, flat screen screen TV, internet plus table and 4 chairs. A door leads to the sea view balcony with table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is modern and includes oven, hob, high level microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
Top Floor
Spiral steps continue to the top floor and open out onto the breathtaking panoramic, very private, sea view roof terrace. Under the shaded eaves is a comfortable 4 person sofa set with coffee table, two sun loungers to soak up the rays, plus a 1m x 1.5m (approx) hot/cold jacuzzi tub. The roof terrace offers a high degree of privacy. There is also a WC utility with large fridge freezer for those cold Efes beers and wine.
