Positive: The swimming pool area is very nice, live music evenings were a nice surprise, spa facilities are very clean and new

Negative: 1. Food is very repetitive, very few options for the main dish and one soup. The quality of food is very poor! The tomatoes were not fresh one day, I found a worm inside. Smashed potatoes taste artificial, margarine is instead of butter, jams are old, only one option of fruit which is a watermelon every single day. Cakes were sometimes partially thawed and we had to eat ice inside of it. Coffee is very very very bad. The bar works from 10 am, it was not possible to even buy a normal coffee for breakfast which was from 7:30 to 9:30. 2. The light. It was switched off many times during the day. This means AC and TV didn't work at that time. 3. Even though this hotel was renewed two years ago, the room (especially the bathroom) looked very tired. Water was retained in the shower stall. The toilet was not stable and shaking. The flush button was difficult to press. The safe in the room didn't work. 4. The location is not so good. The hotel is located in the forest, but there is a wasteland and unfinished buildings next door. Some rooms have views on it. You need to spend around 15 minutes to reach the beach by walking. There is a transfer to the beach, but it works only 2 times per day: at 9:30 am, 15:00 pm to the beach and 12:30 pm and 17:30 pm from the beach.
