Positive: We stayed a total of 5 nights. Room was great. Quiet. Clean. Like the layout with Twin beds. Very comfortable beds. Room service was good. Replenish our drinks daily. Spread at the breakfast of local delights is delicious. The best that the hotel offers is the high standard of staff service. My sister and I arrived late on a wet and cold night ( 1.20am flight). We were welcomed warmly by EROL, staff on duty at the reception. He patiently explained all that we need to know about the hotel and how to move around Istanbul. Another staff to be commended is the waiter at the restaurant. His name is SOBON, an Indoneisan. Good service. I apologise that I did not take down the names of the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage bags, gave an Istankul bus card to us and helped us with borrowing umbrellas when it rained. A big thank you! Eresin hotel Topkapi is fortunate to have such good service staff. Thank you!

Negative: The location. A little out from the main attractions. However, there is a tram line just outside the hotel which is a plus to the hotel. Price is a little too high for the room.

Summary: Great staff services from EROL the receptionist and SOBON the waiter made us feel at home! Thank you
