Positive: Food and drinks were excellent. Kids club was great. Hospitality staff mostly brilliant, as well as the kids club staff. However found the reps and reception staff very frustrating at times when sorting any issues or questions, such as billing enquiries booking restaurants and reporting issues.

Negative: Outdoor heated pool not warm enough. Waterslides were baltic and unusable. Indoor pool also too cold. Air con in rooms on winter mode which meant if sleeping on the mezzanine you would over heat and unable to sleep. Reported to the hotel about the issues from day 1 - but no resolutions which was disappointing. Would not return as main reason for booking this hotel was the heated outdoor pool - we even contacted the hotel prior to booking to ensure the pool was heated so feel let down. Especially when here for 10 nights with 3 children keen to swim.
