The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and watching the sunsets. The south exposure, the tropical landscaping, and the water view guarantee plenty of sun and stunning sunsets during your stay. The outdoor area features a large heated pool, loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ. You can even bring along your own boat and dock it on the boat deck during your stay! It only takes a quick boat ride over the canal to reach the Gulf of Mexico.
The master suite features a queen bed, and an office desk with a monitorfor those looking for a getaway workstation. The master bath is the smaller one of the two bathrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the pool. The second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom doors. The third bedroom is the largest of the bedrooms offering two full-size beds and direct access to the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with brand new flatscreen xTV's and YouTube TV.
The kitchen is equipped with older yet functional appliances. In addition to that, you'll find all the basics needed to prepare a meal during your stay. Meals can be enjoyed at the small kitchen dining place or at the outdoor dining table.
The house is perfectly located in a calm and safe neighborhood, while being within walking distance to the Cape Coral City Center. A number of bars offering Live Music, great restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers beach can be reached by car within 15 minutes, the paradisiac beaches of Sanibel Island are 30 minutes away by car.
