Hurricane Ian Update: Our community was hit by hurricane Ian but is being rebuilt more and more every day. Our condo was spared but the community description is from before the storm. Amenities are being added back regularly so just message me if you want to know more about where the community currently is in the recovery phase.
Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath with den inside the Kelly Greens Golf community. This 2nd floor Veranda offers cathedral ceilings, granite and travertine throughout, master bedroom with a king size bed, guest room with twin beds, and the den has a sleeper sofa that can easily be turned into a 3rd guest room. Beautiful golf course view from the back patio of the ninth fairway, pond, and wildlife. Access to the community pool and owner’s garage complete with beach gear and bikes. For an additional cost, amenities to the golf course and country club may be transferred to you during your stay. This would include restaurants, a bar, tennis, golf, gym, a second pool, and more. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven just 5 miles from the sandy beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel with you. 5 minutes to Bunche Beach!
