Summary: I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Concorde De Luxe for making our trip truly memorable. We all had an amazing time from start to finish. I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out. A special mention goes to Fatima, Gökhan, Sami, Mimet, Matt and Saadettin for their exceptional service. The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.
