Positive: Our stay at Concorde De Luxe Resort was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, very spacious, and offers everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by incredibly professional and friendly staff—from the entrance to the reception—always smiling and ready to help. A special thanks to Noel from customer service, who was outstanding—always kind, attentive, and extremely quick in assisting us with anything we needed. We also want to thank Adile, who cleaned our room. She is very polite, cheerful, and does her job perfectly. We stayed in room 6041, and the view was absolutely beautiful. A huge thank you to the restaurant team—from the hardworking chefs preparing amazing food (we truly don't know when they even rest!) to the service staff who are always helpful and smiling. Every single staff member in this hotel reflects true professionalism and respect. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable—we will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel. ————————————————————————————- We had a wonderful stay at the Concorde De Luxe Resort.
