Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Late check in was fine due to a 24hr desk, good for those flights that get in late like mine. Very quiet residential streets so no traffic noise at all, yet 5-10 mins from everything and also a few local bars, cafes and restaurants if you want a quieter experience.

Negative: Loud inside. Can hear through the walls, and doors, and it is very echo-y: hear every footstep coming up stairs, opening other doors, locking, talking etc. I had a/c on which drowned it out, but that was also super loud. Not so child suitable - a very dodgy staircase without a rail for anyone drunk or young!

Summary: Still good value for money unless you are a light sleeper!
