Summary: We greatly enjoyed our three nights here in the family connected rooms. As far as we could tell we were the only guests on the property for a couple of nights, and our kids enjoyed having the run of the area and meeting the property's many cats and kittens. Of all the places we stayed on our three week vacation, breakfast at Cappadocia Estates was by far their favorite. We appreciated the quality and variety, and my 5yo is still talking about how much she loved their pancakes, post-trip. Reasons I can't give five stars: flooring panel coming up slightly in the primary bedroom when stepped on. A/C was available in the primary bedroom but not the kids' room downstairs. Which at the price point I would have expected. We could not get hot water in the room for sink or tub until maintenance turned it on for us after we couldn't figure out how to get hot water while showering. The tub released some black gunk into the water when using the jets. That said, it really is a beautiful estate with spacious rooms and outstanding staff, with minor need of updating or repair.
