Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Bof Hotels CEO Suites Ataşehir, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible kindness and care from the staff. A very special thank you to Gözde, the lady owner of the hotel’s restaurant. I had recently undergone oral surgery, and she went completely out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. She personally arranged special soft meals for me, prepared with so much thought and warmth — not just to meet my needs, but genuinely to make me happy. I would also like to sincerely thank Şeyma from the reception, who was always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made everything easier and added to the overall comfort of my stay. This level of compassion and personal attention is rare and speaks volumes about the heart behind this hotel. The suites were comfortable, the service was excellent, and thanks to Gözde and Şeyma, I felt more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer in a hotel. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely return. Thank you for turning a difficult time into such a comforting experience.
