Summary: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows! Not a very large room. There was only one area with an electrical outlet. No soap, shampoo or other amenities. There were towels and face clothes. We were told $12 US per person for breakfast when we checked in but were charged almost $25 US per person, at the attached restaurant. Presentation of the food was lovely.

Summary: The neighborhood was unknown and I was unsure what to expect but Eugene was very friendly and the food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. The shower could be improved and the water pressure wasn’t so good, took a while for hot water to become hot, but I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needed a air BnB.
