The 2nd floor has an open, airy flow that includes a dining room, a living room with ocean views, and the kitchen, which is a cook’s dream with a glass tile backsplash throughout and a huge island that seats 5. The living area opens to the upper deck with incredible views and a gas indoor/outdoor fireplace. The outside world will drift away on a sea breeze on the deck as you relax or dine al fresco while gazing at the ocean. This is island luxury without pretense!
