Riverside Houses are two, three and four bedroom semidetached and modernly furnished villas having a 1500 square meters front garden with a 60 square meters shared swimming pool by the riverside. Villas are located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of the 'hidden heaven'; Dalyan and steps away from Dalyan’s well known riverside walkway.
Famous Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach is 12 kilometers (~20 minutes) away by car and it takes about 40 minutes to reach the other end of the Turtle Beach with a boat from our private pier. All main rooms in all villas are air-conditioned and the ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans. All villas have a bathroom on the ground floor in addition to the bathrooms on the upper floors. The swimming pool in the front garden is cleaned on a daily basis and has a separate pool side shower.
